Sets/Gets the size of the symbol.

The size is given in rows and columns and can be between 15 x 15 and 151 x 151.
Default Value: eAztecSz_Default (TBarCode computes the minimal required size automatically depending on the input data.)
Value Range: eAztecSz_15x15 .. eAztecSz_151x151 for "normal" Aztec Codes.
or eAztecSz_19x19_Rd .. eAztecSz_27x27_Rd for Reader Programming Codes.
